4 Power Prompts from the Week 4/25

Sorry for the delay in getting this out. My son had to get his appendix removed last night, and that put everything a bit behind.

Get yearly access to the vault for $99.

Check out my interview with Thomas Rudy founder of DataShopper. I knew pixels were important, but didn’t realize what all they could do.

Prompt 1:

Cold Lead Revival
Craft a sophisticated 3-email sequence to methodically re-engage dormant leads for [product/service] who haven't responded in 90+ days.

Each email should: Address a specific psychological barrier using behavioral economics principles (e.g., loss aversion, social proof, choice paralysis)

Include a data-backed success story with measurable ROI metrics and unexpected positive outcomes Incorporate pattern interrupts in both subject line and opening paragraph

Feature micro-commitments as CTAs with escalating engagement levels Implement a cohesive narrative arc across all three emails

Utilize sophisticated personalization beyond first name (reference industry challenges, company size range, or role-specific pain points)

Design each email with a 250-300 word limit, mobile-optimized structure (3-4 sentence paragraphs max), and carefully calibrated tone that blends authority with authentic empathy.

Include A/B testing variations for subject lines and CTAs.

Prompt 2:

Offer Clarity Generator
Deconstruct and reimagine this offer: [insert offer]

First, create a simplified version using concrete analogies and the Feynman Technique - making complex concepts tangible without being patronizing. Limit to 150 words with readability score of 70+ on Flesch scale.

Then transform it for a skeptical CFO using the MECE framework (Mutually Exclusive, Collectively Exhaustive), incorporating:

  • Quantifiable ROI projections with sensitivity analysis

  • Hidden cost avoidance metrics

  • Implementation timeline with resource allocation specifics

  • Benchmark comparisons against 3 alternative approaches

  • Risk mitigation protocols with probability assessments

Finally, reconstruct for a high-cognitive-load founder using:

  • 5-7 bullet executive summary leading with unique differentiators

  • Decision-tree visualization highlighting critical choice points

  • One unexpected counterintuitive insight that challenges conventional wisdom

  • Easily extractable soundbite for internal championing

For each version, include psychological triggers that address the specific decision-making biases of each persona.

Prompt 3

Personalized VSL Script
Develop a conversion-optimized 2-minute video sales letter script (approximately 300-350 words) for [product/service] targeting [audience] that implements neuroscience-backed persuasion architecture:

  • Open with a pattern-interrupt hook leveraging either: contrarian statement, shocking statistic, or empathetic challenge that identifies the primary and secondary pain points in their language

  • Engineer narrative tension using the PAS framework (Problem-Agitation-Solution) with specific industry vernacular that signals insider understanding

  • Build credibility through: micro-case study with precise metrics, authority-building credentials, and unexpected twist that demonstrates unique methodology

  • Structure offer presentation using price anchoring and decoy effect principles

  • Incorporate loss aversion triggers with precisely calibrated scarcity elements (avoid artificial urgency)

  • Design multisensory CTA with visual, auditory and kinesthetic components

Script must maintain 1:1.5 problem-to-solution ratio with strategic emotional state shifts every 30 seconds.

Include camera direction notes, b-roll recommendations, and specific points for personalization tokens.

Provide alternative hooks optimized for different retargeting scenarios and attention spans.

Prompt 4

Automation Workflow Builder
Architect a comprehensive automation ecosystem for [specific task/process] that achieves full-cycle optimization:

  1. Systems Analysis Layer:

    • Map current process inefficiencies with quantified time/resource wastage

    • Identify decision bottlenecks and exception handling scenarios

    • Catalog integration requirements and API dependencies with fallback protocols

  2. Implementation Architecture:

    • Design progressive automation rollout in 3 distinct phases with success metrics

    • Specify tool stack with primary/secondary options and decision criteria for each component

    • Create data normalization standards across platform boundaries

    • Develop conditional logic bridges for non-API compatible elements

  3. Optimization Framework:

    • Establish QA testing methodology with precision vs. recall balance appropriate to task criticality

    • Implement analytics capture points for ongoing refinement

    • Design exception handling protocols with human-in-loop triggers

    • Specify version control and change management procedures

  4. Future-Proofing Elements:

    • Identify scaling breakpoints and preemptive solutions

    • Build modular components for replacement flexibility

    • Plan for ML enhancement opportunities in workflow decision points

Include time/cost investment projections for each phase, dependency diagrams, and specific ROI calculation formulas tailored to this workflow.
