My career’s been a rollercoaster. Wins. Losses. Big shifts.

So why am I excited about what’s next? (No, I’m stopping anything I’m currently doing)

Because when I was younger (I’ll be 40 in July), most of us followed the same path—go to work, grind it out, climb a ladder.

But that path is breaking. Now, you can just start. Create something. Build your own way.

That’s freeing. But also exhausting.

You can get stuck doing a million things, chasing progress, and never stopping to ask why.

Then one day, you look up—your kids are older, your marriage feels distant, and you wonder how it happened.

I’ve been there. Still figuring it out. Sometimes great at it. Sometimes not.

That’s why I’m starting a new newsletter.

Once a week, for dads who want more time at home with their family.

It’ll be honest. A mix of my mess-ups, wins, and lessons from people doing it better than me.

Anyone can read it. But I’m a husband and a dad. So that’s where I’m coming from.
